通常情况下，您需要 ：

•制定现代化更新大项目业务发展战略，识别销售机会并实施已制定的战略来增加市场份额

•负责全国现代化更新大项目销售管理，监控并实现现代化更新大项目关键业务指标完成

•发展、建立并维护与目标客户的良好长期合作关系，提升客户体验，提高客户满意度

•与服务区域分公司紧密合作，通过跨职能团队的协作，持续优化和维护现代化更新大项目管理系统

成功的候选人需要具备：

•您拥有本科及以上学历，并具备相关专业知识

•您拥有5年以上工作经验，拥有现代化更新招投标管理经验优先

•您具有出色的沟通能力及良好的客户服务意识

•您具有较强书面及口头沟通表达能力，并能有效建立内部与外部客户的合作关系

•您具有较强的责任心

•您目标明确，能够适应在高度流程化的组织中工作
