1.快速学习与成长，接收系统性的培训，在任职期间快速掌握基本的供应链、精益生产等相关知识和技能

2.在生产一线进行具体的观察，分析问题，跨部门协作，共同推进生产现场的标准作业改善，提高产线的效率
