Here, you will make an impact by:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.Company VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and seven (7) years of territory sales experience in a market valuing over $1 million annuallyORHigh School Diploma/GED and fourteen (14) years of territory sales experience in a market valuing over $1 million annuallyANDFive (5) years of experience in sales management/leadershipCurrent, valid Drivers LicenseAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Seven (7) or more years of territory sales experience in one of the following industries (Transportation, Consumer Goods, Electronics, Safety & Industrial)Experience collaborating and working cross functionallyTeam player with strong interpersonal and team building skillsSelf-starter open to running projects that need process definitionKey account management experience working with multi location customersExperience calling on and managing corner office executive level relationshipsExperience managing a complex channel landscape within accounts over $1MPresentation skills, CRM (Salesforce.com), written and verbal communication, business planning, sales, and competitive testingExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a private, public, government or military environmentWork Location:Sales Territory: Remote Within USATravel: May include up to 50% domesticRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially.
