Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience in Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategy Development, Executive Communication, Operational Efficiency, People Management, Process Management, or Operations Management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Rich Communication Services(RCS), Ads, TelCo, first-party/third-party ecosystems, engineering productivity.

• Experience influencing product and engineering teams with operational insights.

• Knowledge of common technical operations and program management methodologies.

• Ability to design technical solutions, tools, or write scripts to automate routine tasks.

• Proven track record in driving efficient and effective operational designs through appropriate selection and application of frameworks, standards, tools, processes, and resourcing models.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

• Be responsible for supporting the operational and reporting functions that scale ABC’s product services across Google and our partner ecosystem.

• Develop and drive complex technical and operational programs and processes that support ABC’s OKRs, partner, and/or user needs.

• Lead reporting and automation efforts from EngOps, including managing our TVC reporting and automation teams who support a variety of data management services, from data collection and warehousing to operational reporting and analysis.

• Develop deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions for emerging challenges.

• Craft clear communications that synthesize operational performance, partner needs, and highlight key takeaways for product, engineering, and leadership teams.
