What the day will look like

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and servicing portfolio of global multinational clients, large and medium size local corporate clients.

  • Responsible for leading and guiding team members to provide a high level and professional broking servicing standards to meet customer’s expectation in relation to the day to day delivery.

  • Responsible for department budget and performance.

  • Support in business development initiatives.

KEY RESULTS AREAS (KRA)

  • Revenue growth

  • Client satisfaction

  • Aged debt management

  • Adherence to non-negotiable items:

  • Time Recording

  • Contract Penetration

  • Compliance Requirements

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

Education & Qualifications/ Expected Experiences

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business

  • Preferred employee benefits industry consulting experience

Skills & Knowledge

  • Computer skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Communication skill in English (both written & oral)

  • Proven client relationship capabilities dealing with large clients with complex needs

  • Strong leadership with capacity to develop talent and lead by example

  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and public relations skills – able to communicate effectively across organisational levels
