Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Your main duties will encompass providing support in all aspects of real estate transactions, assisting with the preparation and review of title and survey, coordinating due diligence, and managing contracts and records.

The salary range for this position is 65-95k. Benefits provided include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, 2+weeks PTO with additional sick time and 8 paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Support various stages of real estate transactions, focusing on title and survey review, due diligence review, document preparation, and closing logistics coordination.

• Assist in the preparation, review, editing, and negotiation of various legal documents including purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, and more.

• Assist with corporate governance, including business entity set up and management, and preparing materials for meetings of the company’s Board of Directors.

• Maintain an organized system for record retention and file maintenance.

• Undertake project tasks and project management responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal

• Extensive knowledge and experience in real estate transactions, including residential and commercial real estate

• Experience in drafting and reviewing lease agreements

• Familiarity with residential mortgage lending and real estate financing

• Proficiency in real estate law, particularly real estate leases and title

• Knowledge of corporate governance practices, including annual filings and meeting minutes

• Experience in calendar management and organization

• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or a related field is preferred

• Paralegal certification is a plus
